Among the changes to be made are: Furthermore, The Holding Company signed two (2) Franchise Agreements with The Cheese Course Franchising, LLC to open and operate two (2) Cheese Course Restaurants, one (1) in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and one (1) in Pembroke Pines, Florida. To this end, Mr. Malanga is actively searching for two (2) commercial spaces that fit the holding Company’s strict location and operational requirements. During a second phase, the holding Company will complete the build-out of the two (2) restaurants’ stores. It is anticipated that this phase will be completed by the end of July 2016. The Holding Company is projecting a soft opening for July 15, 2016. A soft opening is the term for a practice period when a restaurant opens its doors without any major fanfare. This is a time customers, friends and family members can eat for free, so staff can practice making and serving the food.
