Founded on a dream and a prayer several years ago, Panama City Marketplace & Flea Market is the only place of its kind in the Panama City, FL area that caters to community members looking for a gathering place to share their handcrafts, ideas, and outreach to our local citizens. Our philosophy is simply to bring everyone together by creating a warm, comfortable, and friendly atmosphere and shopping experience with beautiful and unique items offered by our resident vendors. We feel very strongly about the importance of art and music, and believe in the power of importance they bring to our lives. Currently, our owner is conducting a capital-raising campaign to refurbish the old theater that is also a part of our structure, in an effort to bring this magnificent treasure back to life, and into service for the greater community. Our mission is to see to fruition our dream of the “Community of Hearts Theater” which we envision will be rented out as well by locals who can hold receptions and other events. While we are focused on our community, Panama City Marketplace regularly welcomes visitors from places such as Georgia, Alabama, Kentucky, and Tennessee! Panama City Marketplace & Flea Market is a large, 8,000-sq.-ft. building and beautiful relaxing courtyard area with indoor and outdoor shops to tempt area visitors.
