About the Founder - Mark Weiner - Pan Sino Group Mark Weiner is the Founder and CEO of Pan Sino Group. He has been a leading expert on Chinese law and culture since 1987. Mr. Weiner was “ahead of the curve” when he completed his degree in Chinese History in 1983 and then attended the prestigious East China University of Political Science and Law, Shanghai, in 1987. He is one of the few foreigners who hold a law diploma from the People’s Republic of China. During his studies in Shanghai he established long-term friendships with fellow law students who are now among some of the top leaders within the Chinese government. He has successfully assisted hundreds of Chinese companies expand their businesses into the United States as well as aided in transferring key executives to run these enterprises. Additionally, Mr. Weiner has been consulting U.S., European and Latin American companies to successfully expand their businesses into the Chinese market since 1992. Mr. Weiner focuses on the overall purpose the client wants to achieve and the product they desire from their efforts, while his team implements these strategies and goals. With his vast network of contacts in China, intimate knowledge of Chinese law and cultural intuitiveness, Mr. Weiner is unique among consultants who claim to be experts on doing business in China. Mr. Weiner also received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Alabama.
