Business Opportunities As early as the mid-1960�s, Palmwood Builders developed, managed and owned various commercial centers throughout the Tampa Bay Area. In 1990, Palmwood Builders made an active decision to expand upon their commercial investment real estate division. As a result they hired Alfred Isnetto, a commercial real estate broker to manage this expansion. Mr. Isnetto was the owner of his own commercial investment real estate company located in New York and had over thirteen years experience. His prime area of expertise was in the sale, acquisition and management of small- to mid-size apartment complexes and convenience centers. Currently, Palmwood Realty�s Commercial Investment Division is recognized within Hernando County as being the premier commercial investment real estate office in the area. They are also involved in various projects in Pasco and Hillsborough Counties. To date, Palmwood manages approximately 300,000 square feet of convenience strip centers, a number of small apartment complexes and single-family houses. Mr. Isnetto is a member of the CCIM Florida Chapter and has taken various real estate classes at SUNY at Stony Brook in addition to numerous seminars through Lorman Education Services and National Business Institute. These classes cover real estate development, property management, commercial leasing, 1031 exchanges and strategic planning in real estate. Mr. Isnetto offers over 30 years of experience within the industry and has worked with several ICS developers and national tenants. He currently services the commercial investment needs of a number of prominent Hernando County residents.
