Palmer Ranch HomeWatchers is a private company in Sarasota, Florida serving Palmer Ranch and the surrounding communities. We have been in business since 2007 and are fully licensed and insured. We check your vacant home on a regular basis to ensure necessary operating systems, like electric, plumbing and A/C systems, are functioning properly. On each visit we check the exterior perimeter of your home looking for damage or unusual conditions. We gather mail, papers, phone books and trash and place the necessary items in your home. Going inside, we turn on the water and flush and clean the toilets and drains. We check your A/C unit, compressor & air handler. If you have a garage stored auto, we will start it and maintain it. Each visit also includes a security inspection to ensure all windows and doors are locked and secured. If, during a visit, any irregularities are noted, we contact the homeowner for direction. We are available to meet vendors, contractors or take deliveries. We do everything we can to make second home ownership easy and provide you with peace of mind.
