About Palm Tree Packaging Established in 1987, Palm Tree Packaging has been supplying the floral and potted plant industry for over 27years. The Persauds made the move to Florida in September of 1987 and started Palm Tree Packaging. The company grew quickly and moved into a small warehouse within 6 months.  Since then, Palm Tree Packaging has expanded continuously.  In 1992 Palm Tree Packaging was # 167 on Inc. 500 magazine's list of "fastest growing companies".  Palm Tree Packaging eventually grew into one of the leading floral and potted plant packaging companies in North America.  Joe Persaud III officially joined the company in 2003.  He was promoted to President in 2010. Palm Tree has a history of innovation.  We were the first company to market "budvase sleeves" (bottom sealed bouquet bags), "Breather" brand sleeves (breathable fiber sleeves, Shotgun and Bazooka sleeves (a unique ventilation hole system that is still the best on the market today), and Bloom Bags (sleeves with handles).  In 2009 we were honored with the "Favorite New Product Award" at the TPIE show in Ft. Lauderdale for our Orchid Bloom Bag. Palm Tree Packaging Today Through a combination of our factory in Apopka, FL (the indoor foliage captial of the world) and importing from around the world, we strive to bring you the best packaging in the business.  We appreciate every customer we have from the largest greenhouses and supermarket chains to the small farmers market stand.  No customer is too big or too small.  We work closely with each client to provide exactly what they want at a competitive price.  Bring us your ideas for promoting your products and we will make it happen.
