PALM COAST SOCCER INC, PALM COAST

Palm Coast Soccer We have come a long way from the first tournament and now we represent a wonderful alternative to Recreational Soccer and Competitive Soccer. We are the bridge between the two groups allowing recreational players who cannot afford or are not yet ready to play competitive soccer to learn and grow their skills against a higher level of competition. Our program also allows the more refined player to showcase their skills against better teams during tournament play where coaches can get a different look at them. We graduate players to competitive soccer every year. We also maintain a core of players and parents who love this style of team play where FUN is stressed more than winning at all costs. We are a Tournament Soccer Club…that is what we do! The Club tries to play in six or seven Tournaments per season, with each tournament consisting of a three or four game schedule. The games are usually played over the course of a weekend against recreational and competitive teams from numerous and varied locations. The exact number of games, playoff games and championship games will be determined by the bracket structure at each individual tournament, but we normally play a 21-30 game season each year. Palm Coast Soccer Club strives to provide this Unique Soccer Tournament Experience for its players, that will leave them with lasting positive memories as well as valuable playing experience for the kids. Coaches and supporters will also enjoy, and benefit from, the team-building atmosphere as well as the value of belonging to the Palm Coast Soccer family. Final determination will be made at the initial meeting with the City’s Parks and Rec Dept. and any changes will be confirmed and announced by your respective coaches prior to the first practice, as well as posted on our website…palmcoastsoccer.com. Our programs are made up of volunteer coaches and referees. We encourage quality time for all family members which helps involve the children in life lessons on and off the field, good sportsmanship and a sense of community. Although we are self sufficient, our organization has the support of the Board of County Commissioners, Flagler County Parks and Recreation, Flagler Sheriffs PAL and local business sponsors since its inception. Although located a bit further away the core mission at OBSC is to create a positive environment where youth soccer players learn and develop their personalities and, above all else, enjoy participating in the most popular sport in the the world: We are committed to the children and their parents, with an emphasis on working as a team in order to achieve our goals. Practices are held one day a week and games are held Saturday mornings. Palm Coast Soccer Club is not a Recreational League, however, we get most of our kids from Rec teams. We help transform players who have already shown proficiency in the basic skills, and are looking to develop their skills against more competitive players than the traditional Rec leagues can provide.
