Painfree Physical Therapy is a single – provider practice devoted toward helping people achieve and maintain overall health and well-being. I am a licensed physical therapist with a treatment approach that has completely shifted from traditional to holistic. Rather than viewing physical symptoms as “problems,” I view them as the physical evidence of an overall state of imbalance. My goals in treatment are not to “fix” anything, but rather to assist a person to progressively move from their state of imbalance toward a state of overall balance. A lot of education about what we’re doing, how we’re doing it, and some suggestions of things that you might be able to work on yourself Exercising on machines or doing anything on your own while I’m off doing something else Spending much time in the clinic doing anything you already know how to do
