The Pacetti name is synonymous with Real Estate in Saint Augustine and Saint Johns County. In 1966 two brothers created and established the first PACETTI REALTY COMPANY. Over the years our broker and owner Terry W. Pacetti realized that the talent in the company should help fill the real estate needs in the community and ventured out expanding the Realtor role as Real Estate Developers and Investors. In the late 1960's, 1970's, 1980's, 1990's, up to and including currently they have developed subdivisions including Oak Grove, Sandy Pines, Prairie Creek I, II, III, IV, Wildwood Creek I, II, III, IV, Deerwood Acres, Lagasse Farm Tracts, built new homes, and assisted buyers and sellers through many real estate transactions, commercial and residential. In 1990 Terry Pacetti attended The Missouri Auction School and as a licensed auctioneer has added to the company's services to sellers and buyers of real estate properties.
