Sue’s entrepreneurial spirit is alive an well at PTC Financial. Starting with a modest cleaning company, Sue grew it into one of the largest cleaning firms in the Southeast Florida under the Perfect Touch Brand. Her accounts include large national builders the likes of D.R. Horton Group, Centex Homes, Pulte Homes, Wayne Homes, Engle Homes , Coastal Construction and WCI homes. She did not stop there, her sales abilities have brought her multi-million dollars accounts with Onshone Construction, Turtle Beach Construction, Ince Construction, Homes by Jones and Euro Homes in Palm Beach Florida. Married to Robert Paine from Los Angles California for 22 years, the company still bears her stamp. PTC are the first letters of that modest cleaning company Perfect Touch Cleaning. Bob and Sue have developed property in the USA, Central and South America, with different partners, for over 20 years, giving them the unique opportunity to know and experience many different markets. They currently develop residential property in the USA, Guatemala, and Chile under the PTC brand.
