Physical- toning up muscles and Lil knows how to specifically target problem arrears on a women’s body i.e. inner thighs, biceps, triceps. She trains with a variety of different utensils/equipment and workout ways “no boredom” with each workout. Lil takes the time out to make true that the mind, body, and soul are connected. If something is “off” we will take the time needed to make the area better. She knows how to workout muscles injuries go out. Lil helps guidance of soul/spirit. I would recommend Lila because she takes the time to truly care about her clients; she is very loving and caring individual. With Lil’s help and encouragement, I have lost 20lbs. It took a while but she never and has never given up encouraging me. I am 56 years old and have a variety of ailments. Lil has helped me to tailor a workout that does not aggravate these ailments (reflux, arthritis). I cannot believe the difference in my body since 3 years of working with her. I have my balance back and I am stronger and more confident woman. She also helped me to eat in a better way. She works to mold a program for you. She is a positive and upbeat person who doesn’t beat you down to build you up. She has a wide range of experience; Yoga, Gyrokinesis, nutrition, weight bearing, cardiovascular, OzzyBall and is always learning more! Not to mention her wrestling exp Thanks Lil for showing me the OzzyBall System, and opened my eyes to see that exercise without pain was even possible. I am so thankful for your worldly experience as an Olympian with injury prevention and injury strengthening exercises, that can guide me back to being the strong person I used to be. When I first met Lila I was apprehensive about working with personal trainers due to my chronic sciatica issue on my right side. I knew from experience that vigorous workouts and certain exercise aggravated my condition. Well not only did she help tone my body, strengthen my core, but her techniques has virtually helped to subside my sciatica pain.
