William Owens established Owens Construction in 1982. The company is now the premier residential design / build contractor in the northern Columbus area, with a focus in Upper Arlington, Worthington and Powell. Owens Construction has received numerous design awards locally and nationally, including the Central Ohio Better Business Bureau’s Business Integrity Award. Mike started with Owens in 1994 as a staff Carpenter while attending Ohio State University. Upon graduation he spent four years as an active duty US Marine Corps Officer. In 2000 he returned to Owens Construction as the General Manager while continuing service in the USMC Reserve. He is currently the Commander of Marine Wing Communications Squadron in Great Lakes IL. Mike values his diverse experience and professional education. He is currently pursuing his Certified Graduate Remodeler (CGR) designation and has earned the Certified Aging in Place specialist (CAPS) designation. Mike thrives on the challenge maintaining Owens Construction’s incredible standards of construction professionalism and customer service. Pam has been with Owens since spring of 2008, but has been working with Owens as a customer for over 7 years!  As Cruise Director she makes sure the remodeling experience for our customers is a positive one.  “My favorite part of working for Owens is helping the customer explore all the different design options for their project, and creating that excitement about the finished product.  Remodeling is often stressful, but I like to help the customer find the fun in the process too!” Chris is a self-proclaimed carpentry junkie who is a craftsman on the job as well as at home.  He has been with Owens Construction for 5 years and has been doing commercial and residential remodeling for 20 years.  Chris’ real love is finish carpentry and it shows in all his projects.  “The great clients I get to work with every day really make it all worthwhile”.  When he is not at work, Chris likes being with his wife, playing with his kids, and coaching.
