Oversee is a locally owned and run rental company.  Founded in 2011, our emphasis is on meeting or exceeding your expectations.  With the common disgruntled experiences of dealing with rental companies, we focus our attention on keeping you happy. We do this successfully by doing what we say we are going to do. Simple, right! Michael started writing contract offers and managing properties at Riverside Management when he was 16 years old. He graduated from Lindenwood University at the top of his class, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in finance and also where he received his MBA. Michael is very capable of helping homeowners reach their return on investment goals. Michael’s family members owned and ran award-winning vacation destinations, including Little Palm Island, and have worked and represented hotels like the Ritz-Carlton. Michael has been recognized for the following: Andrew taught himself how to code, which is how we built this website. He is in charge of innovating, developing, and maintaining all things tech and design. He established our property marketing through online distribution and our file sharing, mobile app integration, and software integration to maximize our efficiency. Andrew earned his Bachelor’s degree in marketing and his MBA with an emphasis in entrepreneurship from Lindenwood University. Since 2011, Andrew has been in the community helping Seaside Middle School and South Walton High School and is heavily involved in St. Rita’s church.
