Hans earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Economics and Financial Management and quickly became known for his attention to detail and professional workmanship which accelerated his career. He has over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate environment including: development, site acquisition, master planning, design, construction, feasibility, structuring, contract procurement, management, marketing and sales. His objective is to be instrumental in shaping a successful and growing organization that strives to distinguish itself by conducting business with excellence and integrity. Will Anderson earned his Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Business/Real Estate from the University of Central Florida. Will has been on the frontline of various projects in all stages of land development, from concept to construction. He has had direct involvement with jurisdictional agencies and the processes often involved within the Federal, State, and Local levels. He is experienced in public presentations in Zoning/Land Planning, and has led projects through intricate regulatory processes. Bringing his experience to acquisitions, Will manages the complexities of the negotiation, purchase, and disposition of real estate, making sure his clients are effectively represented in all of their real estate holdings, including; NNN & NN leases and assets, tenant negotiation, and land development opportunities for national developers.
