Overcome the Barrier was founded in 2008 in Russia with the objective of bringing a faster and more effective method of language acquisition to learners worldwide, regardless of location. We quickly became recognized for the speed and quality of our results, enabling us to now serve individual and corporate learners in every continent around the world. Most recently, we have made our platform available to teachers on an independent basis, enabling them to benefit from our entire system while continuing to teach their students on their own terms. Vladimir is from Moscow, Russia, and currently resides in Boston, USA. An accountant by trade, Vladimir designed and developed the OCTB Method wanting to bring accountability to language learning. After 9 years, Vladimir has overseen the company's expansion into Asia, Europe and Latin America. Rashid is based in Moscow, Russia and leads OCTB's operations in Russia. He received an Executive MBA from Duke University and has led business development projects in Russia for Coca-Cola, Cadbury, Philips, SUNInbev, Bridgetown Foods and Dirol Cadbury. Bradly is from St. Louis, USA, but currently calls Buenos Aires, Argentina home. He is responsible for all things related to technology, including the company website, client platforms, and data and analytics. His prior experience includes TV production and the US Department of State.
