Allegiant Management Group was founded in February 2012 by Broker/Owner Maria Napolitano. Currently we serve all of the Central Florida area, Brevard County and Palm Beach County. We are proud and active members of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and abide by their Code of Ethics. Dawn Ostovich » MPM®, RMP® Director of Property Management Dawn Ostovich moved to Satellite Beach from Connecticut in 1979 and has been enjoying the lifestyle of the barrier island since the beginning. In 1998 she left the hospitality industry to start in Property Management and fell in love with the constantly changing industry of residential management. Dawn has served as the Property Management Committee Chair for the Space Coast Area Association of Realtors from 2005 to 2014. She is one of the founding members of the Florida State Chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and has served as Florida State Chapter Affiliate Chair from 2011 -2014, Vice President of the Orlando Chapter of NARPM 2015, and is currently the President Elect for the Orlando Chapter of NARPM, as well as the current 2016 Conference Co-Chair for the Florida State Chapter of NARPM. Dawn serves on the Board of Directors for several non profits in Brevard County as local charities are very near and dear to her. She received her RMP Designation in 2013 and her MPM Designation in 2015. Her greatest passions are her family, food and wine…in that order!! Michele earned her real estate license and later her broker’s license with the State of Florida. Michele decided to focus her organizational and problem solving talents in the residential Property Management industry. Michele has worked with many hundreds of owners and tenants with several large management companies and is pleased to work with the Allegiant Management Group as the Business Development Manager. Ricardo Figueroa entered into property management in 2010 and joined Allegiant Management Group in 2013. He has vast experience in managing different property types. Due to his attention to detail and efficient manner he has grown his portfolio on the back of many referrals and recommendations from satisfied clients and fellow Realtors. Ricardo has created a niche in helping owners who have had problems with their properties, previous tenants, non responsive managers, and turning them around to be successful rentals. Ricardo 's previous background with sales, listings and rentals has brought the knowledge and experience to help him excel as a property manager. Alex T. Zweydoff » Realtor®/Business Development Alex is a Central Florida native, and has been working in the Real Estate/Property Management field for 6+ Years. Alex is responsible for all aspects of New Business Development. Alex's main responsibility is Sales, Marketing, Community Outreach, Brand Recognition and business acquisition of new clients and overall business development. Alex has showed thousands of prospective tenants their next rental home, and managed rental properties. Alex is also a REALTOR® assisting clients in Buying and Selling of their properties! Alex enjoys spending times with his partner Daniel, Friends, Family, Reading, Great Food, and being active in his community. As a realtor and business professional, Bernardo has always made it his priority to meet the needs and concerns of his clients first in order to make their transition an enjoyable one and to take the stress out. Elizabeth is a bilingual Real Estate Sales Professional with over 9 years of experience in residential real estate. She is originally from Illinois and has made Florida her home since 1999. Currently she is working as a leasing agent with Allegiant Management Group, this allows her to utilize her years of experience in residential real estate. Elizabeth has solid communication skills which allows her to provide exceptional service for our clients.
