Conceived and founded by Orlando restaurateurs Jason & Sue Chin, Osprey Tavern proudly opened its doors in the heart of Baldwin Park in March of 2015. The Chins are familiar faces on the local scene, as they also own and operate Baldwin favorite Seito Sushi, a beloved staple of the neighborhood for over ten years. With their second venture at Osprey, the couple brings their adventurous spirit and passion for their craft back home once again, in a stunningly assured take on classic American fare that marks a wonderful new step in Orlando’s culinary evolution.
