In 1970, my father, Robert D. Moran, Esq., was appointed by President Richard M. Nixon as the first Chairman of the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission (OSHA). He was often referred to as the "Grandfather of OSHA" by President Nixon. He served in this position for over seven years. My father was responsible for heading a government task force that planned the implementation of the OSHA Act and the eventual creation of OSHA, Occupational Safety and Health Administration. I worked for my father for over ten years and learned how to help companies with their safety problems. In today’s high tech world we look to companies with solutions who can help the millions of us understand how to use all the technical information that we face at work and how that applies to each workplace. I understand being a Baby Boomer that being transformed from a low tech person to a high tech person is a constant challenge. I don’t want to turn to the government for my solutions and I am sure you don’t either. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within 3 business days, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment minus the shipping cost that we paid to have the item shipped to you.
