: O.B. started his career with a management agreement with the Seminole Tribe of Florida for the construction of the 􀀀Immokalee Casino, which he built into the premier casino in Naples/Fort Myers.  In 2001, O.B. was appointed by the Seminole Tribe of Florida to the Tribal Council and Corporate Board as liaison to the Naples community. In his duties as liaison, O.B has supported the community in many ways, from education and housing to health, senior and family services. His years on in Tribal government were marked by such milestones as the design, construction and opening of the Hard Rock Tampa and Hollywood Hotel casinos; the purchase of Hard Rock International, the first time a Native tribe has ever acquired a global brand; the 50th anniversary of the tribal constitution; and the amazing growth of tribal gaming revenue to over $1 billion. OB formed the Osceola Group of companies in 2011. Combining several diverse ventures under one umbrella, the Osceola Group has five primary components: Osceola Blackwood, Osceola Group Insurance,  Osceola  Group  Development,  Osceola  Group  Construction,  and  Osceola  Group  Marketing.  The  insurance company uses Wells Fargo as their engine and they are providing insurance services throughout Indian Country.
