OCG was founded by John E. Osa, who served over 25 years as a Special Agent and Supervisory Special Agent in the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Mr. Osa, as Principal Managing Director, utilizes a team of former senior law enforcement officers, accountants, and litigation experts to help organizations and governmental entities protect their assets as well as their personnel, and reduce their vulnerability to adverse situations before they can occur.
