Dr. Ortiz has been practicing dentistry for a total of 29 years since he graduated from his first dental school in 1989. His years of experience include 11 years in his private practice and being in the United States for 13 years. Over the years, Dr. Ortiz has found that one of the things that he enjoys most about being a dentist and focusing on dental rehabilitation is the fact that he can change people’s lives by helping them recover the beautiful smile that they did not know was hiding and waiting to be discovered. Dr. Ortiz has two wonderful children, both of whom he is very proud. His son is passionate about acting, and his daughter loves horses. His wife is the biggest blessing in his life and has always been by his side, supporting him and helping him to move forward. In his free time, Dr. Ortiz enjoys being with Mother Nature. Though she has only been with Ortiz Dental San Diego for three months, Angelica works hard to make sure each patient feels welcome. In addition to making a great first impression, she continues to help patients throughout their visits, and she loves helping to improve and change people’s lives through their smile. Before Ortiz Dental San Diego, Angelica spent four years gaining experience in dental office management. Now she applies that hands-on experience to our office, helping to give our patients a professional, warm visit. Nayeli has been with our team since January 2018. She attended Kaplan College for Dental Assisting and was placed on the Dean’s list every semester. At Ortiz Dental San Diego, she uses her education and positive outlook to make our patients feel comfortable and at ease, and she works together with our team to create a happy office environment. At home, Nayeli spends time exploring the outdoors with her boyfriend. She also likes to spend time with her pets, crocheting and making gifts for her loved ones. Rosalia has a long history with Ortiz Dental San Diego, working with us for over 11 years to help patients achieve a beautiful smile. In total, she has 23 years of dental experience, and she has received training in CPR, X-ray license, coronal polishing, dental sealants, orthodontic assistant permit, and of course, her RDA license. She is always willing to learn, and she loves seeing her patients happy and confident in their smile.
