Ortiz Consulting & Educational Services provides consulting to the non-Hispanic business community on the power and value of marketing to Hispanics. Ms. Toussaint-Ortiz established the company in 2010 with the vision of building a strong network between the business owners and Hispanic consumers to break the language and cultural barriers and demonstrate the benefits and advantages of marketing in Spanish. Rosa Toussaint-Ortiz served as an officer in the United States Army. Ms. Toussaint-Ortiz currently holds a BA from InterAmerican University, and an AA from Virginia College. Rosa maintains active in the Hispanic community and local and international business sectors by providing leadership, education, interpretation, and consulting to local communities and organizations. Prior to founding OCES, Rosa held key positions for the U.S. Census Bureau, the Social Security Administration, the National Children Advocacy Center, and other strong community and Government organizations. With over 20 years of experience, she provides business, network, and educational consulting and is a motivational speaker and public relations professional. Ms. Toussaint serves on several local and national committees and boards providing leadership and guidance on Hispanic and immigrant issues and is bilingual in both the Spanish and English languages. Through our diversified partners, OCES is able to provide total expertise in various sectors of business, locally and internationally. OCES knows that by encouraging international trade, the city of Huntsville will continue economic growth and attract more investors and businesses.
