Jonathan Trousdale joined OrthoSensor in 2015 with broad experience in technical, business and legal fields. Jonathan came to OrthoSensor from Mako Surgical, where he led the company’s intellectual property efforts in the surgical robotics space. Prior to Mako, he spent time in both private practice and as patent counsel for Caterpillar, where he was deeply embedded in the development of numerous technologies ranging from satellite communications to autonomous operation of heavy equipment. Jonathan holds an M.B.A from University of Chicago, a J.D. from Vanderbilt University, and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from U.C. Berkeley. Mr. Stansky was a Managing Director of Tudor Investment Corporation where he was responsible for long/short equity and venture capital investments. He joined Tudor in January 1994 and retired from active investment management in 2008. From 1985 to 1994, Mr. Stansky was an analyst and portfolio manager at Wellington Management Company. He currently advises and invests in start-up companies and is on the Board of Directors of Micell Technologies. Mr. Stansky serves on the Advisory Board of Windhorse Capital Management and the Investment Committee of Leerink Revelation Partners. He holds a B.A. in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts and a M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. Mr. Stansky is a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Financial Analyst. Dr. Martin Roche is a board certified orthopaedic surgeon at Holy Cross Orthopedic Institute, specializing in reconstructive knee surgery. He is the Founder and serves as the Chief Medical Officer of OrthoSensor, Inc. A pioneer of minimally invasive techniques for joint replacements, robotics and sensor applications, Dr. Roche has served as an international instructor, lecturer and developer of innovative knee devices and surgical approaches. Dr. Roche was a consultant on initial development for MAKO Surgical’s RIO robot and was instrumental in bringing that technology to market. He holds multiple patents and continues to focus on integrating advanced technologies into his practice to improve patient outcomes. He has served on multiple clinical advisory boards and as a team physician for the Florida Marlins. Mr. Aguero has over 24 years of experience in the healthcare industry, including eight years at Johnson & Johnson where he held positions of increasing responsibility including sales, marketing and management. Mr. Aguero is Co-founder and President of Q*Med corporation, a medical device distribution company. Mr. Aguero graduated with Honors from The University of Florida with a BSBA in Business Finance. Mr. Aguero is also an active investor and advisor on several start up and private placement vehicles in the healthcare field. Mr. Epstein is the founder and a senior member of the law firm Epstein Becker & Green, P.C., which is recognized as one of the country’s leading healthcare law firms employing more than 275 lawyers in 11 cities. A graduate of the Columbia Law School, Mr. Epstein currently serves as chairman of the Columbia Law School Board of Visitors and received Columbia University’s Distinguished Alumni Award in 2007 and Columbia Law School’s most prestigious award, the Medal for Excellence, in 2009. A graduate of Tufts University, Mr. Epstein served as a member of the Board of Trustees of Tufts from 1999 to 2009 and currently serves as a Director Emeritus.
