About Orlando Outfitters Orlando Outfitters is a full service fly fishing store located in Orlando Florida. Our mission is to sell top quality flies, fly tying tools and materials, and fly fishing gear backed by excellent customer service while providing quality instruction for expert fly fishers, beginners, and everyone in between. We enjoy visits from anglers from all over the United States as well as many other parts of the world. We work hard to provide our customers with information and knowledge as well as the fly fishing equipment they will need to catch fish wherever they might find themselves.  With our vast selection of flies and fly tying materials, we like to think we have something for everyone who enjoys casting a fly. Because of the large number of visitors from other countries who often have only a short time to visit our shop, we have become adept at preparing purchases ahead of time and can even ship an order to your Orlando area hotel if you can't make it by our shop. Just contact us ahead of time to let us know what you will need. We'll order anything we don't already have and make sure it's ready and waiting when you arrive. Orlando Outfitters is owned by T.J. Bettis who is usually in the shop during normal business hours. If he's not, chances are good he's somewhere out on the water chasing fish. Redfish, tarpon, bass, bluegill, trout - it doesn't really matter. Our favorite place to be is on the water. Not far down the list is at Orlando Outfitters helping others who share our appreciation for fish and the places they live. Items available for sale on our website are (well, almost always) actually available and ready to ship. We are located on the north side of Downtown Orlando, close to I-4, the 408 and Highway 50. This puts us 25 to 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport and 30 to 40 minutes from the Disney area. We are about an hour from the Mosquito Lagoon and other nearby East Coast saltwater fishing, a little further from Tampa, and minutes from the nearest freshwater.
