Started her first steps of Ballet in 1976 and acquired graduation from Vaganova School in 1984, She improved her knowledge in Modern Dance in 1986 with Jeanie Ruddy the first ballerina of Martha Granhan Dance Company. Went to France in 1987 to study on the Center Danse du Marais of Paris and Havana, Cuba in 1995 to archive the register as a teacher of the Cuban Methodology of Classical Dance. Chelsea was born and raised in Sunnyvale, CA. She began her dance career with a studio production company while training in gymnastics. She danced competitively, then competed on an All-Star Cheer Team. Grissell Estrada Alvarez Provided the essential tips to students for using emotions in their performance. Taught ballet lessons in Ireland, P. Rico, and Mexico. Practiced the techniques before going to performance. Discussed and interpreted the steps of ballet to the students. Organized the training programs and provided the information about the dance techniques. At a nationwide and well known Yoga studio in Southern California, CorePower Yoga, Audrey completed the Power Yoga 200 Hour Teacher Training. As a Yoga Instructor, she is passionate about empowering others to surpass their goals and to discover their inner balance. She led corporate office yoga in California to various groups on a weekly basis, which contributed to their overall productivity, health and well-being Orlando International School of Dance Trainings provided by our team of experts. The adult ballet classes are designed for all level adult students including those who have former dance training, to those looking for first time training and the expansion of ballet knowledge.The class emphasises on correct body alignment/placement, strength and flexibility, and provides formal training in the foundations of the Cuban Ballet Method.
