Organic Movements facilities have been carefully designed with our student's needs in mind. We have over 5,200sq ft. of beautiful space in which to welcome you! Everything has been custom-built to precisely suit the needs of our students and teachers, year-round, as we learn and grow together. We are founded on principals of integrity, offering a place for students of all ages to develop their skills to their fullest potential. We strive for and are committed to creating a positive appreciation of dance and a strong sense of self and community for our students by cultivating a supportive learning environment and developing partnerships with local charitable organizations. Organic Movements was created to provide a caring center for quality dance education where students of all ages can develop confidence in themselves and their art in a natural, nurturing and supportive environment. We are committed to care for our students and community by giving back so much of the support we have received. Through ties with local charitable organizations and an ongoing partnership with anti-bullying organizations, we strive to make a positive impact on our students, our community and in turn, ourselves. We are set apart from the rest by our: A: OM offers dance classes from Introductory Beginning to Advanced Levels for all ages. Check our schedule or call us directly and we can help find the perfect class for you, regardless of experience. A: Adult classes are offered for the Beginning, Intermediate and Advanced levels. Our Student Program is strictly by placement. However, students in the Adult Program are free to take classes as they see fit, provided they do not provide a safety risk to themselves or others in class. We are happy to provide guidance for students who are unsure which class they best fit. A: Yes, as many of our Family & Children’s Program students are still in diapers, we do provide a place to change them. A: The environment is very important to Organic Movements! We make a conscious effort to provide recycled and organic materials whenever possible. We ask that our studio guests and students honor our commitment to the environment while in our facilities and use the provided trash and recycling receptacles. Organic Movements is a perfectly structured environment focused on the individual student while having a laid back atmosphere and personable staff. They embraced my two toddlers allowing me the comfort of leaving them for the first time, while they got to learn the basics of dance and have fun too! I foresee us there for years to come! My daughter has been a private student of Ms Courtney and has taken regular class. Ms Courtney is a wonderful teacher. She has a way of bringing out the very best in the kids. I cannot wait until the new studio space is up and running since many future dancers will benefit from her inspirational teaching methods. Way to go Ms Courtney. Ms Courtney prepared my child for a special audition and she has also taught her pointe in a private setting. We are forever grateful that she came into our lives. Ella has had such a good year at Organic Movements thanks to the Acro classes. She has learned so much and improved her gymnastic skills tremendously. Thank you, Miss Erin, for being such a great teacher! I wanted to tell you about Bailey's dance performance in the school play. She and her friend Sage choreographed it and danced together. It was so beautiful! Everyone was commenting how she must have been in dance for years; I said no this is her first year. Thank you for everything you've been teaching her, it's amazing what you've taught her so far. She absolutely loves dancing [at Organic Movements]. We are absolutely thrilled to be taking dance lessons at Organic Movements. Everyone is not only talented but loving and kind as well. Although Brayley has only been taking ballet lessons for a few months she thinks she is a real ballerina! Thank you for all you do!
