About Optimum Health Acupuncture Optimum Health Acupuncture is a Holistic Health Center located in Hollywood Florida. At Optimum Health Acupuncture and Wellness we use both Western medical knowledge and Traditional Chinese medicine wisdom to help you attain and maintain your optimum state of health while living in harmony with your demanding surroundings. Julie Lemire Monfette graduated from the Atlantic Institute of Oriental Medicine in Fort Lauderdale with a Master of Oriental Medicine and a bachelor of Health Science. Julie is nationally board certified in Acupuncture by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) and Licensed to practice in the state of Florida. She trained in China in Pain Management and Neurological Disorder at the Zhejang Medical University in China. Optimum Health Acupuncture accepts most insurances. Our Mission Being healthy means that the body is able to gracefully navigate all the changes and challenges that life send your way.
