Operation Lifeshield, Inc., was founded by a dedicated group of American immigrants (olim) and Israelis during the Second Lebanon War in 2006. This initiative springs from their firsthand experience in Northern Israel's Galilee region, where they witnessed thousands lacking protection amid intense Hezbollah rocket fire. Their mission is clear: to provide vital air raid shelters for civilian communities left vulnerable. The organization works closely with top Israeli manufacturers known for producing steel-reinforced concrete products to design three types of shelters catering specifically to high-traffic community areas such as schools, kindergartens, religious sites, parks, sidewalks, bus stops, and senior centers. These shelters all adhere to the rigorous standards set by Israel's Defense Force Home Front Command. Thanks to their efforts and generosity, over 200 shelters have been donated across various regions worldwide. Incorporated on June 18, 2007, as a DOMNP company in Florida with an address at PO BOX 741722, Boynton Beach, FL, Operation Lifeshield is guided by Scott Pastor Thomas (Director), Michael Solomon (Treasurer), and David Bacall (President).
