ONEPULSE FOUNDATION, INC., ORLANDO

onePULSE Foundation Founder The onePULSE Foundation is a 501(c) 3 incorporated by the owners of Pulse Nightclub. The Foundation was established to create a sanctuary of hope following the tragic day in American history–Sunday, June 12, 2016–to honor the 49 angels that were taken, the 68 others who were injured and the countless first responders and healthcare professionals who treated them. This fund is intended to support construction and maintenance of the memorial, community grants to care for the survivors and victims’ families, endowed scholarships in the names of each of the 49 angels, educational programs to promote amity among all segments of society and, ultimately, a museum showcasing historic artifacts and stories from the tragedy. All donations will be used for the construction and operation of the official memorial and museum, community grants and educational programs and scholarships. This is a defining mission and healing initiative that we hope inspires supporters who share our vision and understand the solemn and sacred responsibility to which we have been entrusted. Mission The design and construction process for the onePULSE Memorial & Museum is managed and operated by onePULSE Foundation. Capital campaign contributions from generous individuals, foundations, corporations and government entities directly support all of onePULSE Foundation’s Memorial & Museum design, construction, land acquisition costs and the first three years of programs and operations. onePULSE Foundation Memorial onePULSE Foundation Founder onePULSE Foundation Memorial Press Conference onePULSE Foundation Memorial The Task Force is an appointed volunteer coalition of family members of victims, survivors, and local community leaders. This committee will give recommendations and guidance to the Board of Trustees to create, build, and financially maintain a permanent national memorial at the Pulse site. The Task Force serves as the planning committee who will formulate the process of building what will become an iconic tribute to the 49 Angels taken from us on that horrible night, as well as to the survivors, brave first responders, surgeons, and medical providers who served so selflessly.
