I have over 20 years’ experience as a top-notch Human Resources Professional working in the high-tech corporate world and as a consultant for small businesses.  I spend time learning from other business women through weVENTURE whose mission is to “amplify womenpreneurs to accelerate sustainable business growth”. As an over-achieving college graduate and spending years climbing the corporate ladder, I now know what it feels like to want more.  In 2006, I quit my corporate job, started consulting at a small business and spending more time with my husband and son.  Working part-time, volunteering at church, and asking God to direct me where He wanted me, I waited patiently Born in New Jersey as the middle child of seven (need I say more?) and spending my teenage years in upstate New York, I moved to sunny Florida in the late 1980’s.  I am an example of an ENTJ, D/I and C/D.  My top three spiritual gifts include administration/ruling, faith and encouraging/exhorting.   I have a tendency to laugh loudly, stay up late and complain I’m tired, I never say “no” and will shop till I drop.  I am a lifelong learner, horrible singer, I drive too fast (sometimes get caught) and love to talk (alot) and share life experiences.  I enjoy making faith-based jewelry, decorating, and entertaining friends and family in my home.  I am married to a wonderful man for over 20 years and have a son in college.  We are empty nesters embarking on the next chapter of our life. One Way Coaching, LLC The concept for One Way Coaching, LLC was a team effort. After many discussions with my husband, son, family and friends, I wanted to create a business where individuals and small businesses could work and grow with me.  I am committed to help small businesses with their strategies and techniques to create business success.  For individuals, I help people move forward and set personal and professional goals that will give them the life Coaching helps businesses and individuals: Develop an action plan for growing both individually and their business One Way Coaching, LLC provides coaching to individuals, to teams/groups and to small businesses.  I also coach those who are self-employed.  In all, my goal is to help clients stay focused and motivated, and create lasting results. I am a Certified Professional Life Coach, individual coach, small business coach, Bible study teacher, faith-based jewelry designer, wife, mom and the creator of One Way Coaching, LLC.  My goal is to coach individuals and small businesses toward solutions in our chaotic world.  We get to these solutions by having my clients answer their own questions and see the real problem.  Their answers allow them to get back into improving their business and their life.  I also help individuals and businesses to “dream big” and teach them to back it up with an action plan and measure their results.  Overall, I want to inspire my clients to increase their skills, throw out any and all excuses, and embrace what the future holds for them.  Keeping in mind to smile and laugh each day.
