One stop did a phenomenal job, and for the first time EVER we had a positive experience working with a company that did work in our house. From the beginning, Eloy was: -Responsive and attentive (calls or text messages were returned timely) -Able to provide ideas and recommendations -On time to our appointments (and if he was running late he would call or text me to let me know) - Reliable I was very concerned at the beginning, because we had 2 large projects on hand that had to get completed before a party was held in my home in a short period of time. However, Eloy always put me at ease that the work would get completed on time by proving us updates on the progress and next steps. Overall, I highly recommend One stop, and Eloy was a pleasure to work with! At the end, both the pool deck and driveway were completed on time as promised, and both look amazing! I One Stop helped us with a couple of home improvement projects. In our back patio, they replaced our old flooring and extended the sides of our pool desk (all in travertine). They also extended our front driveway and redid it in slate. this guy went above an beyond and had amazing prices if your looking for a humble, reasonable, hard working and diligent company to get things done, id recommend Eloy and his guys amy day- absolutely awesome thank you Eloy, i look forward to working with you again Description of work: level floor and install pavers on almost 1500 sq ft Super job by this company. Showed up right on time with all the right materials and tools. 3 men worked tirelessly on a hot day to get the job done. The contractor kept in constant touch from the day I contacted him until the moment we signed off. Regarding the quality of the job: we wanted the pavers set so that rain water would run off in a specific direction. We tested after the bricks were set and it happened exactly as had been promised. We were particularly appreciative of the efficiency of the workers, who completed the project in one long day, as we have dogs who were deprived of their usual yard area for that brief period (it would have been problematic had the job extended over multiple days). Good natured crew. Reasonable price. Fast. Beautifully constructed. Can't go wrong with this company. Description of work: Installed brick pavers to create a backyard patio Me and my wife were very undecided about whom to choose in doing this work. We had many other people calling us or coming out to our house. Some of the companies we called were too busy to even come to my house and just wanted me to send pictures and measurements so they could provide a quote. And the others that did come either gave us a hard time with scheduling an appointment or never followed up with us after taking the initial measurements and getting a true scope of the work. Eloy was very different from his competitors. As soon as I contacted him on Angie's list, he responded the next day. We scheduled an appointment for him to see our backyard on the earliest day I was free and available. Eloy is very professional, dedicated to his work, and a really good guy. When he first came, he measured out all the dimensions. I originally guesstimated it to be 500 sq ft. Eloy corrected me in saying that it was a little under 400 sq ft. I was immediately impressed with his honesty. After taking the measurements, Eloy showed us some samples of pavers he had with him. My wife and I were pretty picky about what we wanted. Eloy came 2 more times after the initial visit to show us other samples, laid it out for us, and gave us a good idea about what the patio would look like. He was patient with us. He listened to our concerns. And he came up with a plan to address each and every single concern that we had about our backyard. Given his dedication, eagerness, for our business, and that we liked him as a person whom we believed was true and honest, we went ahead and hired him, signing a contract to that end. In the end, my wife and I are very pleased with the way things turned out. It is exactly as we envisioned it. It is absolutely gorgeous. We now have a backyard we can enjoy for a very long time. Overall, we are very pleased and very happy with One Stop Pavers. The work, quality, and professionalism was excellent. The price was fair and reasonable given the overall scope of work that resulted. We very wholeheartedly recommend them and would encourage anyone reading this to please employ them. I contracted One Stop Pavers to install a Paver Patio to my entire back yard which is roughly 400 sq ft. It was completely filled with weeds and old pavers that were unattractive and incompletely covered my back yard. Eloy and his crew came, removed all the weeds and all the old pavers, leveled the dirt, laid down a weed barrier on top of the dirt, added a sand layer which they leveled and compacted, and then laid down the paver patio with surrounding concrete. I previously bought stone barriers from Home Depot which I was originally planning on using as a border for my back yard. Eloy and his crew used those to create a proper border on the paver patio. I also have a tree in my backyard. He and his crew also used those stones to create a stone wall around my tree. Eloy showed up and took a look at the job. Within a half hour he measured everything out and gave an estimate. Took about a day to review it all and then I decided to hire the company and I gave the initial deposit. He ordered the pavers and about 10 days later when they came in he started the job and everything has been excellent. They were very observant and on top of any little thing that I saw being an issue before I even brought it up. Eloy and his crew are extremely professional and he has excellent communication which is not always the norm with other providers like this. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a hardscape pavers.
