Gregg Smith is the Chief Executive Officer of One Reverse Mortgage, LLC. Gregg oversees loan operations, capital markets and government affairs for the company. His leadership began with the organization in 2001, and since then One Reverse Mortgage has grown into the largest consumer direct reverse mortgage lender in America. Gregg’s experience in the mortgage industry began in 1995, when he founded Access National Mortgage. Under Gregg’s leadership, the company grew from a small brokerage operation to one of the top five online lenders. In 1999, Gregg sold Access National Mortgage to Webster Bank, remaining as president of the new entity. Gregg has been in the mortgage lending, finance and residential building industry for over 20 years. Gregg serves on the Board of Directors of the National Reverse Mortgage Lenders Association (NRMLA) and the Coalition of Independent Seniors (CIS). Also, Gregg is a member of the Mortgage Bankers of America (MBA) Residential Loan Production Steering Committee. David Rogers is the Regional Vice President of One Reverse Mortgage, LLC where he is responsible for the development of the reverse mortgage banking teams. Since joining the organization in January 2008, David has been a part of tripling production and headcount and helping establish One Reverse Mortgage as one of the largest reverse mortgage lenders in America. He joined the Quicken Loans organization in July 2004 and quickly became one of the top licensed loan specialists in the company. In April 2006, he was promoted to Director of Mortgage Banking and took on the role of developing a top-producing team at Quicken Loans. A true entrepreneur, Dave also owned his own painting and power washing business for ten years, prior to beginning a career with Quicken Loans. Kim Schachinger is the Chief Marketing Officer responsible for the development and execution of marketing and branding strategies for One Reverse Mortgage. She is also an executive team member involved in developing business strategies and initiatives to grow the organization. Prior to joining One Reverse Mortgage in April of 2011, Kim held the same role for In-House Realty, another organization in the Quicken Loans family of companies. She joined In-House Realty in February 2010 to expand the brand of the company both internally and externally and build marketing strategies to generate leads and grow their real estate agent network. Kim was the Vice President, Marketing Director for Qualigence, the largest recruitment research firm in the U.S., before joining In-House Realty. Kim joined Qualigence in 2004 to establish a brand for the organization which was followed by a strategic plan to effectively market the company throughout the Human Resource and Recruiting industries. Her marketing, advertising and public relations efforts resulted in additional sales, name recognition, as well as the company and its CEO becoming recognized as experts in the industry. Also a member of the executive team, Kim was involved in developing the infrastructure of the organization as well as creating business and process strategies to efficiently grow the company. Before Qualigence, Kim was an AVP, Marketing Manager for Fifth Third Bank and joined the bank in 2001 at the time that Fifth Third Bank acquired Old Kent Bank. In this role, she was responsible for implementing and managing all marketing and advertising activity for multiple lines of business, but was also instrumental in creating the marketing and advertising strategies for the bank conversion process and branding the bank in a new market. For the first twelve years of Kim’s career, she was employed at Yaffe & Company Advertising, an advertising agency headquartered in Southfield, Michigan. During her tenure, she was responsible for managing close to a dozen of the agency’s largest accounts including Art Van Furniture, ABC Warehouse and Perry Drug Stores. As an Account Supervisor, Kim created and managed an annual merchandising show for the agency’s largest client, Phar-Mor, Inc. She designed the 600+ person event to net more than 100% profit for the client.
