I had an issue with a leaking roof , I called Steve and within the next couple of hours a member of his staff was there to scope out what was going on. The new roof looks beautiful! We used One Call Roofing for a leak that appeared during NATE, cause by a pervious hailstorm. Brian and Joey inspected the roof, found the hail damage and helped us with insurance claim every step along the way. Now we have a great looking, leak free, improved roof, with an outstanding warranty and of excellent quality. Brian, Joey and his crew, and the owner Steve were fantastic. They kept us in the loop of planning the work. The weather was not always favorable for a 2- to 3-day job. When it was finally dry, it was too cold to put the singles down (who knew about that). Once they started working, the roof was gone and back up in two days. They got most of all the nails, and cleared all the debris, very impressive. They came back for an inspection and send another crew to finish some of the original builders faults. Cowboy even found that a piece of siding was deteriorated and replaced that. This was not in the original estimate, but the price did not change. I would recommend On Call Roofing and Remodeling to anybody. They are thorough, caring and honest people, who want to help you to enjoy living in your house. This is the second time I have used One Call Roofing, and once again I can't say enough about how pleased I am with their work and professionalism. We had that hailstorm back in April so I finally decided to call One Call Roofing to have them come out and inspect the roof. Adrian handled the call and took it from there. He was efficient and professional all the way. After discovering hail damage, he came back out and met me along with the insurance adjuster while the insurance company did their inspection. The work they did was exceptional. I have a new roof and they did a great job cleaning up after the work. I cannot recommend them enough. It started spreading quickly as the snow continued on, the damage started going across an exposed beam in our living room and the wall was actually dripping. We called One Call Alabama and Adrian came out to do our estimate first thing, the following business day! (He would have come sooner had the snow melted by that time). We called to schedule them to come out to do the repairs on our roof and they came the very next morning. We were so thankful that they took our leak so seriously and were prompt about repairing it before more damage could be done. They even went above and beyond to blow the leaves out of all of our gutters as well as off of our front AND back porch! Took them no time at all and they were very friendly.Thank you, One Call! I had to depend on reputation and integrity because my We have had a few small projects done with one call roofing and we were very pleased so when it came time to have our wooden redone we called one call roofing. They were timely, professional and the company was responsive to calls. We were always updated if something had to change. The floors turned out beautiful, plus they came in quite a bit less than our other estimates. I would use them again.
