Lynette Arthurton, MA, LMHC is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, License #MH11536. She regularly enrolls in continuing education courses to keep up to date on the latest and most effective counseling techniques. Her approach is a blend of several techniques that encompasses the mind, body, and spirit. Each client is assessed for a tailored technique that will bring optimum results on his or her behalf. She has 5 years experience working with individuals, couples, and families to help resolve conflict, depression, fear and anxiety as well as improve communication and relationships. I am Lynette Arthurton and I created One Another Counseling (OAC) to provide quality counseling services to individuals, couples and/or families. I specialize in: Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and Depression. During my own seasons of struggles I was fortunate to have someone guide me through those tough times until the light shone through for me. This personal experience motivated me to help others find their sunshine despite challenging circumstances. I am available to work with you through your cloudy days.
