Fueled by creativity and passion, Richard Monsalve began his journey into artistic hair styling at just 14 years old. With a continuous desire to learn, enabling him to stay up to date with the latest trends and fashions in the hair styling industry. Richard believes each face is a blank canvas in which he carefully crafts and showcases his creativity; highlighting and enhancing each individual's unique characteristics contributed to extensive certifications of which include: , Vidal Sasson Creative Cutting and Goldwell Creative Color, Ouidad Curls, classical and alternative barbering. Fulfilling a lifelong dream, alongside his partner Esteban Martinez, Salon One 11 was born. With over 21 years of experience, Richard is passionate about helping men and women achieve looks in which make them feel their absolute best. Esteban Martinez has over 25 years experience in the beauty industry. He began his styling career in his native Panama, where he provided hair and make up services in exclusive salons. He also worked with local artists and celebrities for television, theater and beauty pageants. Esteban came to Miami originally as a stylist for an intentional modeling contest. He established himself in the South Florida market and is very proud of his clientele. Esteban is the co-owner of One 11 Hair Studio. Charlie, for One11hairStudio, is an outstanding hairstylist with numerous certifications to design and implement a look that is customized for you. He is a perfectionist who does not stop with adequate, but rather makes it his goal to ensure you are thrilled with your look. In addition to styling, he is also well experienced in a variety of color and highlight application techniques such as balayage, ombré, vivid color,etc to achieve the perfect color without damage to your natural hair. Working with the best quality products in the industry, To round out his masterful experience, he also performs many keratin and Brazilian blow outs for our guests. As a master colorist and stylist, He has performed his magic in a number of photo shoots, runway, weddings, and special events.
