Founded by music business consultant and producer, Johnny Mars, and entertainment and business lawyer, Hilary Metz in 2016, On Mars Digital sets out to give the Artist options, affordability and real marketing plans with results that have never been utilized before. ON MARS DIGITAL TEAM: Johnny Mars has worked in the Music Industry for over 16 years, and is known for his dependable intuition when it comes to mainstream music sound. His extensive and diverse experience in many intricate facets of the industry has allowed him the flexibility to effectively work with both creative and business professionals alike. Mars got started in music with a passion for songwriting, then Mars made it a mission to understand the business side of Music Publishing. Mars then Founded Single House Music Publishing Inc., and has since been able to license multiple songs for his songwriters, and other affiliated writers. Mars continues to strive for excellence within his own production and songwriting team while giving back to the community. He has been educating and mentoring new artists, producers, and engineers with Exec’s & Talent, LLC., and is able to assist those just getting into the business, while guiding them from making rookie mistakes that are all too common for artists just getting into music. Hilary Metz is an Entertainment and Business attorney licensed in Florida and New York. Metz works with a wide variety of clients in business and the entertainment industry including record labels, artists, producers, concert promoters, and film production companies. An entrepreneur herself, Metz understands the hard work and dedication it takes in order to be successful in business and in the entertainment industry. Her creative background helps her understand the specific needs of her clients, and as a result she is able to negotiate, and at times create deals for her clients that help them succeed in their goals. As an advocate for her clients, Metz handles transactional work from establishing her clients companies and registering trademarks, to defending and litigating business disputes and intellectual property disputes.
