With the help of a project Advisory Committee, OMama asked women and care providers what information its website and app should contain. Over 1,100 people responded including over 700 women who recently received maternity care as well as several hundred health care providers representing obstetrics and family medicine, midwifery, paediatrics, nursing, social work, and prenatal education. Our committee used this feedback to design how the website and app should work and look. In the winter and spring of 2016, we'll reach out again to OMama users to learn how women are using the website and app and whether OMama tools are improving women's experience and engagement in maternity care. All the links and resources on the website and app were appraised by at least two OMama resource reviewers. Although significant effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information presented on the OMama website and app, neither the authors nor BORN Ontario nor any other parties make any representation or warranties as to the accuracy, reliability or completeness of the information contained herein.
