Dharma Malempati, President, Om Ventures, Inc. Dharma serves as the President of Om Ventures, Inc. and is actively involved in capital raising, acquisitions and day-to-day operations. Since the founding of Om Ventures, Dharma has been involved in over $200 million in real estate transactions. Prior to cofounding Om Ventures, Dharma developed private equity, debt, and merger and acquisition transaction experience at JP Morgan Chase (JPM) and Cogent Communications (CCOI). He also has experience valuing and acquiring distressed or bankrupt companies. Dharma is a Certified Property Manager and a Past President of IREM Florida West Coast Chapter No. 44. He received his MBA (Real Estate) from the University of California at Berkeley, his BS (Finance / International Business) from New York University and his Financial Planner Certificate from the University of South Florida. Dharma enjoys traveling with his wife and two children. His favorite destinations are Southeast Asia and the African subcontinent. Kris Malempati, Co-Founder, Om Ventures, Inc. Kris serves as the Vice President of Om Ventures, Inc. He is actively involved in capital raising and managing bank relationships. Over the past several decades Kris has invested in multifamily, office, retail, and land valued at over $300 million. Prior to cofounding Om Ventures, Kris founded and operated a successful electrical engineering company for over 30 years. He also has experience in owning and investing in many small businesses from convenience stores to a lens manufacturer. He currently serves as a Board of Director for Community Trust Bancorp Inc. (NasdaqNM: CTBI) in Pikeville, KY. Kris received his MS in Mechanical Engineering from Wayne State University and his BS in Engineering from the Detroit Institute of Technology. Steliyan Ivanov, Managing Director, Om Ventures Realty, LLC Steliyan serves as Managing Director of Om Ventures Realty, LLC, a full service real estate firm. He oversees the property management and leasing of the company’s real estate assets. Steliyan is the partner that manages our tenant relationships and handles the physical aspects of our real estate investments. Prior to joining Om Ventures, Steliyan worked for Countrywide Financial where he developed his expertise in acquisition analyses, due diligence reviews, valuation modeling, and budgeting & forecasting.
