Each training session is maximized by the attention I pay to unique individual needs, to movement efficiency, and to exercise safety. I employ a wide range of exercises including, free weights, kettle bells, plyometrics, and cardio specific workouts, fitness can be fun and challenging at the same time. Through a workout schedule that is progressive, your workouts are never getting easier – in fact, the exercises are always getting harder making it difficult for your body to adapt.
