He is a principal of Urban Life Management Restaurant Group, a downtown based company that owns and operates multiple restaurants, as well as a principal of EO Inn & Urban Spa. Phil also owns/operates Hawkesdene Mountain Retreat, located in Andrews, North Carolina.Phil’s ongoing dedication to the community has earned him recognition throughout Central Florida, including “Downtowner of the Year”, “Orlandoan of the Year”, “Top Ten Businessmen to Watch”, “Real Estates Best-The Hot 100” (2006 to Present) and “50 Most Powerful People in Orlando” (2004 to present). Phil’s sister, joined Olde Town Brokers in 1995. With a career background in Alabama and Florida real estate franchising, on-site sales and multi-family development, Maria quickly became one of Olde Town’s top producers and worked hand-in-hand with Phil during the development and restoration of Thornton Park.
