He has 30+ years of experience in the industry and is a CCIM Candidate. Richard recognizes how to maximize the needs and objectives of both Sellers and Buyers in order to successfully complete transactions. Richard's primary focus the past few years has been in the Boston and New York markets. Danielle L'Italien was born and raised in Portland, Maine. She graduated in May 2011, from Bryant University, located in Rhode Island, with a degree in Finance and minor in Psychology. Danielle has a banking background working for People's United Bank, in Andover Massachusetts. She worked in their Commercial and Industrial division as a lending representative, servicing People's commercial clients. Danielle joined the Old Port Realty Corp team in 2012 and since than has become a licensed Associate Broker. She is currently pursing CCIM designations. She has been involved in the sales, leasing, and development of commercial properties. She recognizes clients needs in order to successful complete transactions. She is a dedicated, motivated, and hard-working individual. Joseph Gendron was with Old Port Realty Corp for several years and is currently involved in R&D for single user sites throughout Old Port Realty Corp's territory of involvement. Joe attended Cheverus High School in Portland Maine, attended the University of Tampa in Florida and has completed a handful of the CCIM Courses. He is involved with several internet companies that provide services to real estate industry. Old Port Realty Corp was involved from site selection, helped to identify options, secured the property on behalf of end user, pulled team together to develop site, and the result was a successful new drug store in the well known Maine town of Kennebunk.
