About Oh 4 Goodness Cakes I have been in the food industry for close to 40 years and have worn many hats including Boss. Baking is what I enjoy the most. I was always enchanted with the large masterpieces and went about the business of learning the skill of making gumpaste flowers and building big cakes with fondant from scratch. Most of what I do is self taught.. But I have learned a few of the more complicated procedures from seasoned pastry chefs that were gifted in their field. I thank them all.
