Harry is accredited in business valuations and certified in financial forensics by the American Institute of CPAs. He practices in IRS representation, income tax planning and compliance for all types of entities, estate planning and compliance, business valuations, business purchases and sales, consulting, forensic accounting and litigation support. He has been appointed by the 19th Judicial Circuit Court as a special master, receiver and guardian. Before joining Offutt & Barton in 1990, she was a senior accountant with W.O. Daley & Company and KPMG. She also served as accounting manager and contracts officer for Harbor Branch Oceanographic Institute. She was graduated cum laude from Rutgers University, where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa and was awarded a certificate in financial planning with honors from the University of Central Florida. Mrs. Barton is a member and past president of the Indian River Estate Planning Council and a member of the Planned Giving Council. She is active in the Vero Beach Rotary Club and serves on its Charities Foundation. She currently serves on the City of Vero Beach Finance Commission and is a board member of the Sebastian Charter Junior High and The Humane Society of Vero Beach. Prior to founding Offutt Barton Schlitt LLC, Will served as the Tax Manager for LBR. LBR is a full service accounting firm in Tampa Bay with niches in the health care, estate & trust and nonprofit industries with emphasis on flow-through entities and high-wealth individuals. Will started with KPMG LLP out of college as a Tax Staff, and prior to joining LBR served as a Tax Manager in KPMG LLP’s Tampa, Atlanta and Chicago offices. KPMG LLP is one of the “Big 4” international accounting firms, and Will specialized in their flow-though entity tax consulting and compliance area. Will is a Vero Beach, Florida native and has a strong family background and history in this area. Will serves as a board member for Youth On A Mission and Center For Spiritual Care and assists with many local community organizations including Junior Achievement, Habitat for Humanity, Paint Your Heart Out and others. Ali is one of the partners of Offutt Barton Schlitt LLC, overseeing our Audit division. With more than 15 years of public accounting experience, she has been involved in providing tax advisory and compliance services to a wide range of companies both public and private. Ali has significant experience leading and managing audits, tax compliance and accounting engagements for U.S. domestic and international clients doing business as single entities or as consolidated groups. She also has experience with a wide range of entity types, including C-corporations, S-corporations, partnerships, and individuals. Ali has experience with complex state and local tax matters including revenue sourcing and nexus, apportionment, tax base, income classification and unitary filing requirements. Prior to joining Offutt Barton Schlitt LLC, Ali served as a Tax Manager in KPMG LLP’s Tampa office. While at KPMG LLP, Ali managed compliance engagements for all entity types with emphasis on flow-through entity taxation. In addition to her federal compliance and consulting experience, Ali served as a KPMG point of contact for state reporting requirements for mixed group consolidations and combined reporting requirements for unitary groups. She has successfully disputed numerous tax assessments with state and local tax authorities, and has experience dealing with tax issues in nearly every taxing state in the U.S. Frank has worked in accounting, construction and development for over 20 years and has a strong background in business, tax and advisory services. Frank leads Offutt Barton Schlitt’s succession planning department and focuses on business consulting services. Construction & Development – Frank managed a development and construction company for 13 years, working with financial partners to provide profitable returns on investment. While at Faucett Taylor & Assoc, James provided audit and assurance services for various types of entities including property management companies, manufacturing companies, not-for-profit entities and government entities. James worked with the financial forecasting and accounting team at Access Insurance helping with the analysis, forecasting and preparation of the companywide financial statements. With extensive audit and assurance experience, Allison joined Offutt Barton Schlitt LLC in 2015 to assist with the firm’s assurance engagements. She has over seven years of experience in public accounting, working primarily on audit and assurance engagements, as well as having assisted with tax preparation and bookkeeping. In addition, Allison has two years of experience in private industry accounting. Prior to joining Offutt Barton Schlitt LLC, Allison worked for Colton, Williams, List & Reamy, CPAs for two years assisting with client tax preparation and bookkeeping services.
