In order to comply with US Coast Guard regulations and work in any position with Ocean Divers that involves going out to the Ocean, we require you to be a member of the Keys Consortium. Their policies and procedures insure compliance with Drug and Alcohol regulations on commercial passenger boats. Click to join the Keys Consortium. Membership will be required at most legitimate dive operations in the Florida Keys. You must be a current member or pay for your initial membership fees in the Consortium prior to starting work at Ocean Divers. Membership renewal costs while you are employed with Ocean Divers will be paid for by the Company. Also be aware that you will need to authorize Ocean Divers (and its parent Company, Holiday Diver, Inc.) to run background checks.
