We believe in being agile towards our customers’ needs. With experience servicing both federal and commercial customers, we have worked with a wide array of mindsets and practices. On many of our federal customers’ mission critical projects, we have used the Waterfall method for implementing new and upgraded systems with requirements provided upfront. For most of our customers, we have supported implementation using various Agile frameworks. We love the Agile framework, and we believe in its core objective: to react and respond to business needs—in the thick of the action, not after it. We obtained our CMMI Level 3 and ISO 9001:2015 certifications based on an audit of our agile way of working! This demonstrates that excellence and quality can certainly coexist with being agile. We have used both the Scrum and the Kanban methods to execute large federal, state, and commercial projects, as well as when supporting our small business customers. We rely on our seasoned and certified project managers and business analysts to walk the talk with customers on their business objectives and milestones.
