Mr. Sullivan is responsible for oversight of the successful management and strategic direction of ODG and its subsidiaries. Mr. Sullivan continues to serve as Treasurer of the O’Connell Companies, Inc. Prior to his current position, Mr. Sullivan was also the General Manager of NEFCO. Mr. Sullivan is the Chairman of the Boys and Girls Club of Holyoke, also serving on its Executive and Finance committees. Mr. Sullivan is a former member of the Board of Directors for the Associated General Contractors of Massachusetts where he chaired its Risk Management and Bonding subcommittee. He served on the Board of Directors, Executive Committee, Finance Committee and Fund Development Committee of Sisters of Providence Health System. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Massachusetts and a Master of Finance from Western New England College. Mr. Crystal has more than 35 years of experience in construction and real estate development, with special expertise in environmental sustainability and historic preservation. He holds the designation of LEED AP (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) and led the redevelopment of the historic Steigers Building in downtown Holyoke, for which O’Connell won an award for excellence from the Massachusetts Historic Commission. Prior to his current position, Mr. Crystal was Development Manager and Design & Construction Manager for the firm… Notable projects developed under his direct management include the Yankee Candle corporate headquarters in Deerfield, Applewood at Amherst Senior Living Facility, Kollmorgen Electro-Optical corporate headquarters in Northampton, and the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in Springfield. Mr. Crystal is President of the Board of Trustees of the historic Academy of Music Theatre in Northampton and is a member of the inaugural Advisory Council for the new Architecture + Design Program at the University of Massachusetts. He was a member of the Northampton Planning Board from 1987 to 2002, serving as its chair from 1990 to 1998, and the city’s representative to the Pioneer Valley Planning Commission for many years. Mr. Crystal holds a Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Connecticut. Mr. Klucznik serves as in-house counsel for the firm, handling general corporate legal affairs and contract matters, including those concerning the purchase and sale of real estate, commercial leasing and project financing. Mr. Klucznik also performs sophisticated financial modeling and pro forma feasibility analysis of development projects. Mr. Klucznik is a past member of the Planning and Zoning Commission in East Granby, Connecticut, an elected position he held from 2000 to 2005. Mr. Klucznik is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and Connecticut, and is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and Hampden County Bar Association… He received a Juris Doctor from Western New England College School of Law, and a Master’s of Business Administration from Western New England College, both of Springfield, Massachusetts. He received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Connecticut, Storrs, Connecticut. Ms. Beauregard is also involved in the financing of the real estate holdings and new development projects and with the management New England Fertilizer Company, a subsidiary involved in biosolids management… Ms. Beauregard holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Western New England College and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Hartford. Ms. Beauregard is the Treasurer and Trustee of Providence Ministries Network Services, serving on its Executive and Finance Committees. Ms. Beauregard is also a former Trustee, Chair and Finance Chair of the Sisters of Providence Health System, owner of Mercy Hospital, Providence Behavioral Health Hospital and Brightside for Children. She was also a member of the Board of Directors and Treasurer of the Holyoke Children’s Museum.
