Mr. Lochhead has 22 years experience in the telecommunications arena which includes over 15 years of senior executive management. Mr. Lochhead brings both industry awareness and leadership experience to our management team. From 1999 until QualTek’s acquisition of Nexlink Communications in 2012, Mr. Lochhead served as President/CEO of Nexlink Communications, a company he founded, now rebranded as NX Utilities. Prior to founding Nexlink, Mr. Lochhead was an executive manager for AT&T in Florida and worked internationally in Asia providing civil engineering and project management support for a major wireless build out in 1998. Mr. Lochhead has been a Civil Engineering Associate since 1992 and received his Bachelor of Arts from Sheridan College. is President of NX Utilities, QualTek’s Outside Plant engineering and construction division. Mr. Heaberlin has been in the telecommunications industry for over 14 years, working in the telephony, cable and fiber arena. Mr. Heaberlin has a successful track record in numerous management roles. Mr. Heaberlin started in the industry as a technician in 1999 and worked his way up from Area Manager to President of DirectSat USA. Mr. Heaberlin helped lead DirectSat USA into becoming the top performing Home Service Provider for DirecTV in the United States from 2011 to 2013. . Mr. Heaberlin joined QualTek in June 2013 to help develop our fulfillment division, QualSat, as its President. Mr. Heaberlin is a veteran of the United States Air Force. is Vice President of Technical Services of our NX Utilities Division which provides construction services in the telecommunications and utility infrastructure arena. Mr. Michaeli brings more than 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Mr. Michaeli oversees the installation, support and quality control for both domestic and international fiber-optic and copper-design and installation projects. Prior to joining NX Utilities, Mr. Michaeli worked for AT&T as a senior manager in charge of implementing the construction of thousands of miles of fiber optic networks in major metro areas and he holds certifications from the National Cable Television Institute (NCTI). Mr. Michaeli is also certified as a home automation system designer and programmer as well as Fiber Optic Certification in fiber optics design, construction and splicing for long-haul and Fiber-to-the-Home architecture. He is an active member of the BICSI, the international association supporting the information technology systems (ITS) industry. is Vice President of our NX Utilities Division which provides construction services in the telecommunications and utility infrastructure arena. Mr. Sisko is responsible for general business development as well as engineering, construction, installation and service of telecommunications and utility projects throughout the United States, Canada and the Caribbean. Sisko has more than 30 years of experience in key executive leadership positions that span the full spectrum of the telecommunications arena (cable, satellite, wireless, telephone, security, and internet) including extensive management roles in operations, sales, marketing, customer service and technical support. Prior to joining NX Utilities, Mr. Sisko applied his unique talents for efficient project management, cost-containment, development of cross-functional teams, and completion of initiatives within tight timeframes at TVMAX Inc., Charter Communications and Comcast. Mr. Sisko received a Bachelor of Arts degree in business and economics from St. Leo University.
