Vinay Patel grew up in the hotel industry. In 2005, he built his first hotel, a Best Western, and from that point forward, he decided to pursue a career in hospitality. Vinay attended Nova Southeastern University and earned his bachelors degree in marketing in 2010. Driven to continue learning, Vinay then went on to pursue his Master of Management in Hospitality (MMH) from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration in 2012. Since then he has taken over management of the entire NVP hotel collection and the portfolio has never seen better results. Currently, Vinay specializes in the management and development of new products or renovations of existing projects bringing education, skill and real-world experience to everything he does. Vivek Patel runs the day-to-day operations for every hotel in the NVP portfolio. He grew up in the industry and knows the key areas to target for maximizing efficiency. Vivek graduated from St. Petersburg College in 2017 with a degree in business management. One of Vivek’s strong suits is that he is very guest oriented and knows how to turn a bad guest experience into a positive one through service recovery tactics he learned first-hand throughout his life. Vivek brings energy and a passion for hospitality to the growing NVP Hospitality team. Caroline Uhrig handles the daily and long-term strategic revenue management for both the La Quinta and Rodeway brands at NVP Hospitality. Caroline graduated from Purdue University’s School of Hospitality and Tourism Management in 2017. She has a passion for driving results and delivering strong RevPAR to the NVP portfolio of hotels through proven methods as well as new advanced reporting tools and analytics. Caroline brings a data-driven as well as a creative approach to her revenue management which allows her to think outside the box to grow revenues for hotels and their owners.
