The Assistant City Manager is a key partner in the successful operations of a city/satellite office. As a consistent source of support for the City Manager, the Assistant City Manager has great impact on business success and customer satisfaction for the respective office and the services it provides. Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to provide the highest level of customer service; respond to all customer service inquiries in a timely manner Act as a liaison for the Sales team; includes pursuing leads, facilitating new business, and assisting with bids and estimates Train key staff, Leads, and Project Managers on company policies and procedures A successful Assistant City Manager is favored as a consistently reliable resource for internal and external customers.
