Every technician must become expertly familiar with all aspects of product flow as pertaining to the refurbishment and shipment of NovaSom devices. Patient Support Representative will perform duties to support patients from order delivery to test completion and return process. This includes timeliness of order entry, resolution of missing information, verification of plan eligibility and coverage, patient scheduling, education and follow up to support completion of testing and return of units all within established goals set for the company.                   A Territory Sales Manager (TSM) is responsible for managing and growing their sales territory. This position is the field professional representative to the Medical Community and is the ambassador of the company. The TSM is responsible for sales of company services. This may include, but not be limited to, prospecting, quoting and closing new business. Once the service is sold it is the responsibility of the TSM to in-service and educate the account. The TSM is also responsible for managing the existing service business. The TSM is expected to update their activities and opportunities in accordance with company standard operating policies.
